FREE TRANSFER POLICY:
The Hotel offers a complimentary transfer service from aiport to the hotel and hotel to the airport during the following hours:
TRANSFER IN: The complementary service applies from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m, from Juan Santamaría International Airport to the Hotel, with prior reservation made at least 36 hours before arrival.
Please provide the following information when making your reservation:

- Arrival time in Costa Rica (SJO Airport):
Upon the flight’s landing, the transportation service will wait for up to 1 hour and 15 minutes as part of the complimentary transfer service. After this time, the courtesy service will no longer apply.
TRANSFER OUT: The complementary service applies from 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., departing from the Hotel between 4:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., every hour, and every two hours from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., to Juan Santamaría International Airport, with prior reservation made at least 36 hours before departure.
To coordinate your complimentary transfer OUT, please request it or re-confirm the service at the Front Desk during Check-In, at least 36 hours prior to your departure date. In case you request the transfer outside the established hours, it will be considered a private service, with the following additional costs (for 1 to 4 persons):

We offer a transfer service between the Airport and the Hotel, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for your comfort.
This service has an additional cost and must be reserved in advance to guarantee availability at your flight’s arrival or departure time.
